The Problem

But 500 people across multiple countries need to learn how to use it before go-live, and right now there’s no training plan, no content, no trainers, and the project team is already stretched thin.

Or worse — you went live, adoption is low, workarounds are everywhere, and leadership is asking why the system isn’t delivering the ROI it promised.

How I Solve It

I design and deliver end-to-end training for enterprise system rollouts. That means eLearning modules, instructor-led training, Train-the-Trainer programs, and the full communication cascade from leadership to end users. I build scenario-based content that mirrors real workflows — not generic click-through demos.

I also handle the change management layer: stakeholder engagement, resistance mapping, regional adaptation, and the communication drumbeat that keeps people informed and invested.

I’m currently leading this exact workstream across five countries for a global logistics company. It’s what I do every day.
