The 2nd Position Workshop is built on the NLP concept of perceptual positions — the practice of stepping into the other person’s shoes before you open your mouth. I teach your team to see the conversation from the buyer’s, the stakeholder’s, or the colleague’s point of view — and then communicate in a way that actually lands.

This isn’t theory. It’s practiced in the room through real scenarios your team faces every day. Role plays, live feedback, structured exercises. Interactive, practical, no death by PowerPoint.
